Heather Logan, R.N., was filled with conflict from the day she arrived on Majorca to see her old friend, Carol Montilla, through a difficult time. Heather was happy to nurse Carol, but unhappy at the advances made by young Dr. Luis Barreda. She loved the sun-kissed island, but hated locking horns with haughty Sebastian Montilla, Carol's attractive brother-in-law. Most of all, Heather hated herself when she realized she—like many other girls—was succumbing to the unpredictable Sebastian's charm. Then Dr. Barreda proposed, and Heather's confusion increased tenfold. Should she perhaps marry the doctor? Or return to the States, now that Carol was out of danger?
