Synopsis

Yoo Jiho, a Korean man, has had a challenging childhood event where his best friend was murdered, leaving him guilt-ridden and lost. He had decided from that day not one person would get close to him ever again in hopes of escaping the fear of losing them. As he grows, studying abroad in Ireland, Jiho meets a spunky American, Allyria Tuner, who does not seem to understand the concept of personal space and distancing. However, he could not keep his walls up for long as they formed a platonic sibling bond from their teen years and after University. Freshly new to America, he has taken the position of doctor at a well-known and respectable hospital. Jiho is glad to have Allyria near, even if she usually forces him to leave the safety of home on his days off. Yet, he was very appreciative on one particular night when she dragged him to a bar, where he met a confident, secretive, gorgeous woman whose aura continued to pull his attention and interest even after her departure. Saoirse. The name of the woman who will constantly plague his mind. It is as if the heavens above hear his cries to meet her again, though not in the most ideal places. Will Jiho listen to his desire and let her in, uncovering her own web of secrets? Or will he leave it alone to avoid more weaknesses or hurt due to his deep fears?
